A typical day in my life includes… I typically wake up at 7:00 am head to Lifetime for yoga or cardio at 8- 8:30. Finish working out by 9 am and spend the day working by the pool or in the café. Done working by 5 pm. Then I’ll head home and hang out with friends for a few hours or watch a documentary on Netflix. In bed by 11 pm read for an hour asleep by Midnight. Then repeat!
I was born… in Kalamazoo Michigan. My family moved to Arizona when I was three so I consider myself a Native Arizonian.
My favorite thing about Arizona… is the sense of community. People will say wave and say hello to you in the streets. You do not get that many places anymore.
I’m listening to… Transparent Soul by Willow Smith. I’m loving the revitalization of punk music right now.
If I could have dinner with anyone, it would be… Benjamin Franklin, he is the ultimate renaissance man and would probably be a great dinner guest.
One thing I cannot live without… Exercise. Gotta move around every day, or I’ll get depressed.
When I was younger, I wanted to be… A scuba diver. I think I learned about jacques Cousteau in grade school and deep-sea diving sounded cool. I am currently not a Scuba diver.
I’m inspired by… my mother, admiring her drive and work ethic pushes me to be a better man and leader every day.
The one person who motivates me is… Me – I’m big in to self-motivation.
If I could change anything in the world, it would be… For profit media – I think it’s doing more harm than good.
The perfect day would be… Wake up, work out, read a little, work a little, go for walk.
My first job was… a dishwasher in a cafeteria.

My name is Jacob Krum I grew up in Cave Creek, Arizona. I am a serial entrepreneur starting my first vacation rental business after attending Thunderbird School of Global Management. One year after Thunderbird I was accepted into Law School at the Sandra Day O’Connor of Law and during that time, I was able to scale my vacation rental business and purchase several other businesses, including a gym and landscaping business in the Scottsdale and Phoenix Area. I have recently graduated from law school and sold the vacation rental business and accompanying real estate. My focus is now on growing the landscaping business with my business partner and passing the bar exam!
