A typical day in my life includes… non -top grinding. We are admitted to one life so I make sure I stay conscious of that and try to attack each day.

My family… is loving and caring, there isn’t anything I wouldn’t do for them #FOE.
If I could have dinner with anyone, it would be… Barack Obama.
One thing I cannot live without… my loved ones.
When I was younger, I wanted to be… in the NBA. I played high-level division 1 (graduating from the University of Hawaii) basketball and do to my second knee injury I had to, unfortunately, stop playing competitively.
I’m inspired by… just simply knowing that time is the most valuable form of currency that we spend, waste, or give that we can never get back, so I try and live every day blessed and like it’s my last!
If I could change anything in the world, it would be… Racism and Violence.
The perfect day would be… working out on the beach and then enjoying it with my loved ones.
My favorite escape… the beach or a remote place/island that I can enjoy the sounds of waves crashing and nature.
My life… is crazy and I am always on the go. There is always something I’m wanting to learn or obtain. I only want to inspire and motivate to be the best individual you can be.
I’m currently working on… myself and making sure I’m at peace but besides that, I have been growing my fitness business in which we have been established for approaching a year now.
Favorite Quote… “He who says he can and he says he cannot are both usually right,” don’t downplay your hopes and dreams just because of your current situation is not where you want it to be. Keep grinding and staying positive because when you do so that when you get positive outcomes.
Biggest Dream… Buy my mom a home!
