A typical day in my life includes… Pouring a giant cup of coffee. Getting the kids ready and out the door to school. Followed by a day of zoom calls, meetings, emails and errands. Making dinner, family time and homework. But it always ends with a glass of wine and a few quite moments before we do it all over again.
I was born… in Shreveport, Louisiana. But I grew up in Scottsdale, Arizona since the age of 3.
My favorite thing about Arizona…. The gorgeous sunsets. I love to sit out by the fire, look up into the candy-colored sky and watch the sun go down.
I’m listening to… anything that is fun and happy. Every day is a dance party day at the Robson house.
My family… is my number one priority and most treasured gift.
If I could have dinner with anyone, it would be… my younger self. So I could tell her that no matter what life throws in her way she can accomplish anything she sets her mind to.
One thing I cannot live without…sleep.
When I was younger, I wanted to be… a marine biologist and then I developed a healthy fear of sharks and decided I should stay on land.
I’m inspired by… the life around me. I find so much beauty.
The one person who motivates me is… me. I have always pushed myself harder than anyone else.
If I could change anything in the world, it would be… wait just one thing! To eliminate hate in the world. Spreading love and positivity takes less energy and creates a healthier environment. We could accomplish so much more if we would come together and work as one to create a better world for ourselves and future generations.
The perfect day would be… one where I could just play. To sit back, relax and not lift a finger.
My first job was… babysitting.
My favorite escape… Aspen, CO. It is so serene and beautiful with endless amounts of outdoor activities.
My life… is organized chaos and I wouldn’t have it any other way.
I’m currently working on… growing. I spent many years in corporate America and felt like I lost a part of myself during that time. I have really enjoyed finding more balance in my life and rediscovering things I used to love doing. Bringing Lauro to life.
