A typical day in my life includes… First coffee before anything else. Then, spending my day working with clients and vendors for our events, more coffee, and after work is much needed downtime with family or friends, or working on volunteer tasks with Midtown Players (a nonprofit community theater group in Midtown, Phoenix).

My favorite thing about Arizona… the wide-open spaces.

My family…are my close friends, and spending as much time with them is always a priority.

One thing I cannot live without… COFFEE!
When I was younger, I wanted to be… a fashion designer.
I’m inspired by… small business entrepreneurs. I love learning about other people’s beginnings and how they overcame their obstacles and created successful businesses.
The one person who motivates me is… my partner, he is my number one cheerleader, he constantly motivates and lifts me up even during the most stressful of times.
If I could change anything in the world, it would be…how people treat each other.
The perfect day would be… relaxing anywhere by water. Being around water is so calming, peaceful, and rejuvenating.
My first job was… as an event venue assistant.
My favorite escape… any activities that require being outdoors, hiking, kayaking, but most of all traveling.
My life… is constantly changing and evolving but it is uniquely mine.
I’m currently working on… a destination event for a corporate client.

Bio-on yourself/company: Lisa Foster is the owner and lead planner at Stylish Events by Lisa. She began Stylish Events 12 years ago in the heart of Downtown Phoenix. From the beginning her goal was to create a full event planning design company focused on providing personalized service. Each client was to be treated with the utmost care, providing a relaxing, stress-free experience. To date, she has created some of the most beautiful and unique events in the Valley.
Lisa was just awarded the accolade of #1 Worldwide Wedding Planner of 2023 by Ok Magazine. With adding this to her many other local awards, she hopes to create many more beautiful weddings and events for years to come.
