A typical day in our life includes…
wait, in quarantine or real life? In real life, Connor wakes up at the crack of dawn. He makes himself a coffee, black, and heads off to work as a Realtor. I usually head out shortly after and 9/10 times stop at a coffee shop for an iced matcha latte. I am a wedding coordinator and I also work at a resort. Thankfully we don’t work your typical 9-5 jobs so we get home, walk the pooches, usually have some type of event or collab to head too or we’ll go out for HH/grab take out. Then there are a few hours on social media, maybe a movie and some online shopping, and we’re off to bed. That pretty much sums up our days, Monday- Friday, but we definitely like to venture to farmers’ markets, go out for date nights and hang out with friends on weekends if we’re in town. If we’re not, were obviously traveling!
NOW, in quarantine, a typical day (which feels like an eternity) is a total guessing game really. Will we wake up and bake a cake? We have. Will we finish a 1000 piece puzzle? We have. Will we rent an Airbnb to celebrate a friends bday for a few hours (safely of course)? We have. Will we create a tik too? We haven’t. But there’s always tomorrow, so we’re never saying never. We typically try to get out, just to make a quick stop at our local favs #supportlocal and see the sun, but then we head back because #stayhome.

in Phoenix, Arizona and Connor was born and raised in Detroit, Michigan.
Our favorite thing about Arizona…
is the weather 80% of the time, the cotton candy sunsets and the food scene of course. We have a pretty kick ass (can we say that?) community too! Phoenicians are legit. We’ve met some amazing people, especially in our foodie world. And now, we are only seeing people support each other more and more! In fact, we are actively working with other foodies to raise 75K for 35 local businesses. We have already raised over 11K in just a few days! We’re listening to…
classics like Ella Fitzgerald and Billie Holiday in the mornings because it’s such a vibe. Billie Eilish and Daniel Caesar pretty much all day and Carole Baskin trying to convince us that she didn’t kill her husband. We’ve also listened to Joe Exotic’s Tiger King album every now and then, we can’t deny that.

Connor says Elon Musk. My reply to him, “I’ve heard the name, but I can’t place him sorry.” My answer would be Kris Jenner, where I then ask her to adopt me.
One thing we cannot live without…
is Connor, oat milk, matcha, my phone, and human interaction. Connor says tacos, our dogs and me. That order is undetermined, lol.
When I was younger, I wanted to be…
honestly, I don’t remember, but I feel like dolphin trainer was a contender. Connor says a professional basketball player. Our roommate asked him what happened, he said it just didn’t pan out.

Connor! He encouraged me to start AZsipsters and it became ‘our thing’.
If we could change anything in the world, it would be…

Our perfect day would be…
Connor answered this one: wake up, go to MY favorite tea place (which is Ruze) and drive to the beach. I say that, but we pit stop at Disneyland.
Our first jobs were…
babysitting and then I worked for my dad a bit and then I wore/sold ASU t-shirts, LOL. Connor’s is better, he was the mouse at Chucky Cheese. YUP.

The Fairmont Del Mar in San Diego. It’s our home away from home.
