Title: President
Married/Single: married for 23 years to the sexiest, most beautiful, and best chick I’ve ever met, literally…Gina
Kids: one stud 24 year old son, one gorgeous 21 year old daughter, and two insanely perfect, beautiful, handsome, delicious, sticky, smelly (sometimes), AMAZING grandsons…Armani who’s 18 months and Roman who’s 3 1/2 years old
City you live in: Scottsdale
Describe a typical day in your life: wake up early from a restless night’s sleep, brush teeth for 15 minutes (really bugs Gina), shave everything from the neck up, shower, apply self tanner to the dome, dress, eat eggs, spend another $3 of my grandkids inheritance at Starbucks, get to work, impact 6 – 9 lives on average, go home, eat, play with grandkids, watch Judge Judy, watch Thomas the Train, another Judge Judy, give my wife a 2 hour massage, make love for another hour, sleep…repeat.
I was born…in Baltimore, MD and lived in Annapolis until I left home at 18 and joined the Air Force.
My favorite thing about Arizona…the weather…der!
I’m listening to…the little voice in my head that’s telling me not to jump…weird
My family…is unique, is challenging, is intense, is filled with joy, is full of love, did I say challenging, is real, is honest, is amazing, is normal, is PERFECT!
If I could have dinner with anyone, it would be…my mom, my dad, and my grandma. There all gone now so that would be a pretty awesome dinner.
One thing I cannot live without…is my family and laughter (I guess that’s two things). Ok, laughing at my family.
When I was younger, I wanted to be…a professional clown (I know, don’t judge I was 9)
I’m inspired by…REAL PEOPLE!!! People who mean what they say, and say what they mean. People who don’t just listen to what you say, but actually HEAR what you say. You know good ole fashion biz on a handshake type people that truly value and respect other people.
I’m Uninspired by…fake, pretentious people who are nothing more than self serving energy suckers. I’d better stop there for fear of writer’s cramp J
The one person who motivates me is…my incredible wife Gina. Sorry dudes, you may think this sounds a little cheesy, but it’s true. She has been my biggest cheerleader when times are tough and my biggest cheerleader when things are great. We need to remember to cheer at ALL times, not just during the good times. That’s called being positive and believing in what you’re doing, ALWAYS! Gina is my daily reminder of how great life is when you’re focused, positive and true.
If I could change anything in the world, it would be…to make people understand that HUMANITY rules the human race. Religion and politics are fundamentally sound, yet they are both man made which makes man divisive and judgmental towards one another. If we treated each other with basic humanity in mind FIRST (respect, love, compassion, empathy, etc.) the human race would be far more harmonious and less divided.
The perfect day would be…morning sex, great cup of coffee with a healthy omelet and jalapeno bacon, insane surf session with head high barrels, breakfast burrito for lunch, afternoon round of golf with good buddies, early evening workout, dinner out with the family, catch a great movie while enjoying a box of Milk Duds…
My first job was…as a racquetball professional. I was the head teaching pro at the swankiest racquet club in Annapolis, Md. I gave lessons to the governor of Md., the Naval Academy commander, most of the Washington Capitals hockey team, the Washington Bullets NBA team. It was a dream job for a 16 year old kid.
My favorite escape…is La Jolla, Cali. We’ve been going to the same place (La Jolla Shores) for more than 20 years and it just feels like a second home. We’re very simple folk and would honestly rather spend a week there than a week in Europe (maybe).
My life…is challenging yet pretty damn perfect!
I’m currently working on…keeping my drives from going right.
Always…respect others.
Never…act like a dick.
Favorite Quote…Just Do It (Mr. Nike)
Biggest Dream…world peace. Just kidding, that would be awesome, but I’d rather have peace and balance in my own life. You know great health, happiness, love, comfort, great friends…just the basics!
My Pet Peeve(s)…don’t really have any believe it or not, unless you want me to get going again about the fake people.
