A typical day in my life includes… waking up, getting ready for work, and seeing my awesome students! I work for Mesa Public Schools and teach speech therapy to kids in preschool-sixth grade. I truly LOVE every minute of it! In the evenings, I spend time my time with my family and work out. I also read, journal, and complete positive affirmations daily! This helps me practice gratitude, rehearse positive self-talk, and strengthen my spirituality. I also binge Netflix, Disney Plus, or YouTube nightly!
I was born… here! I’m a native Arizona gal.
My favorite thing about Arizona is… the heat! I know Arizona summers are known for their brutal weather, but I adore a hot summer night and NEVER having to wear a jacket.
I’m listening to… country music at all times!
My family… is full of the kindest, genuine, funny, loud, Italian, hardworking, and supportive people you will ever meet! I owe all my success to them and am eternally grateful to call them mine. <3
If I could have dinner with anyone, it would be… definitely Jesus. I mean, he is the most important person I can think of!
One thing I cannot live without… I have a list because I can’t just pick one: My mom, my completely complicated but yummy order from Starbucks, In n Out Burger, dogs, and Lululemon Align leggings!
When I was younger, I wanted to be… a teacher and a mom. So, I guess I have accomplished 1 out of 2 childhood dream jobs. Haha!
I’m inspired by… my sister, Madison. Not only is she crazy beautiful but she’s insanely smart, wickedly funny, wildly caring, and passionate about the people she loves and the things she values! As an older sibling, you want to be the one who is looked up to, but Madison is the one I admire.
The one person who motivates me is… my dad. He never settles, works harder than anyone I know, and stands up for what he deserves!
If I could change anything in the world, it would be… that all children could have an accessible and equal opportunity to an education!
The perfect day would be… a warm, sunny day spent with my girlfriends! There may or may not be country dancing and an ice-cold beer involved…
My first job was… a seasonal decorator for hotels!
My favorite escape… the beach!!! Preferably Maui (duh), but any warm water destination is my happy place!
My life… is totally and completely wonderful! I am content and blessed beyond belief!
I’m currently working on… being the best and happiest version of myself! I strongly believe that YOU are the most important person that you can love, stand up for, and invest time and energy into!
Always… GIVE without expecting anything in return! Giving with the intention of receiving praise, isn’t truly giving and diminishes the value of a good deed.
Never… give an empty compliment! A compliment should be genuine and thought through.
