A typical day in my life includes… Typical weekday is gym, work, dinner with family, playing with my youngest and tucking her into bed.

My favorite thing about Arizona… Variety of natural beauty from north to south and the weather
I’m listening to… audiobooks and podcasts on leadership and related topics. I listen to Astronomy and space exploration information. Currently listening to Gary John Bishop. I like all kinds of music including 80s, GnR, Metallica, Godsmack, Disturbed, old school rap. When I relax I like Jazz, acoustic guitar (Spanish or Mediterranean).
My family… Means everything to me!
If I could have dinner with anyone, it would be… with loved ones I have lost including my maternal grandfather, my paternal grandmother, my Uncle Carl and Aunt Carmel.
One thing I cannot live without… loved ones around me
When I was younger, I wanted to be… Architect/Engineer or Astronomer. When I was very, very young, I wanted to make donuts.
I’m inspired by… selfless acts that lift and support others
The person/people who motivate(s) me is/are… my awesome wife, Maria, and the kids; and always driven to honor the values instilled in me by my mom
If I could change anything in the world, it would be… I would love to see a better balance of give and take versus extremes.
The perfect day would be… with family, on the beach, good weather and good meal
My first job was… My first real W-2 job was in a general merchandise retail chain (briefly) but I learned all of the core life lessons (customer first, play any role needed at any time, service, multi-tasking, planning, strong work ethic) in an IGA grocery store over my last 3 years of high school. I had an amazing owner role model.
My favorite escape… with my wife, poolside, late night, with a good beverage and relaxing music

I’m currently working on… being more introspective on a consistent basis
Always… express love, be selfless, serve others, have same persona everywhere
Never… eat beetroot or raw cauliflower
Favorite Quote… There are a lot of great quotes so I tend to think about more recent readings. In tough times, my favorite Bible verse is Jeremiah 29:11-13. One quote often associated to Theodore Roosevelt: ” In any moment of decision, the best thing you can do is the right thing, the next best thing is the wrong thing and the worst thing you can do is nothing.” I think too often we think or talk about doing something instead of actually doing something.
Biggest Dream… In the future, I would like to visit as many bucket list spots as possible.
My Pet Peeve(s)… poor and/or lack of planning leading to poor execution; inconsiderate and/or selfish people.
