A typical day in my life includes… Getting up at 5am, stretch workout for 30 minutes, shower and get ready for work, 30 minutes of coffee and time with my husband, get to work at the Foothills Food Bank by 7:30am, there are no typical days at a food bank!, lots of meetings and making sure clients, volunteers, staff and donors have what they need to be successful, get home around 5, start dinner, have a relaxing dinner with the husband, watch an hour of tv, and get ready to start it all over again in the morning.

When I was younger, I wanted to be… a teacher. I taught middle school for 9 years and college classes for 3 years.
I’m inspired by… music, nature, and servant leadership.
The one person who motivates me is…. My children, I strive to be my best so I can be a good role model for them.
If I could change anything in the world, it would be…. all the negativity, I would like everyone to look at life through a positive lens.
The perfect day would be…. By the water, coffee with the sunrise and wine with the sunset.

My favorite escape…. Listening to music and getting lost in a DIY home improvement project.
My life… is pretty amazing. I am grateful for all of the opportunities I have had.
