is everything to me. My husband, all of my siblings, my parents, my in-laws…they are all some of the most amazing, loving, supportive people I know and I’m so grateful for all of them.

my students. I get to meet a lot of amazing people at the yoga studio and everyone has their story to share. I’m constantly amazed and inspired by all of them.

my husband. He’s constantly motivating me to be my best self.
The perfect day would be…
sleeping in, coffee, hanging out with my husband, getting in a workout class…I’m pretty easy to please.
My first job was…
a cashier at my family owned restaurant called Rito’s in downtown Phoenix. I was also fired a few times from that job. Did I mention it was family owned?
My favorite escape…
Bikram yoga. I don’t do it as much as I’d like to these days but it’s still my first love. There’s just nothing like it.
My life…
is exactly where it’s supposed to be. And it’s so wonderful right now I can barely stand it.
