proximity to desert/hiking terrain within city limits. Like Camelback, Papago, etc. and I’ll take dry heat over humidity any day 🙂

Biggest Dream…
open a supper club lounge and unique nightlife music venue with the right partners. But first probably start small, with a Mediterranean/Euro style coffee shop that gives a percentage of its sales to childhood cancer.
