City you live in: PHOENIX, Downtown – I love it!

A typical day in my life includes… waking up and getting ready while I listen to a podcast or music. I usually check ticket prices when I get to the office, and my day varies based on what’s in my inbox or what the team needs from me. No day is the same. Some days, my focus is on club events; other days, it is on personnel; if it’s festival season, you can find me onsite at the event. I typically connect with our talent and marketing teams daily to connect about upcoming events and ideas. During the week, I usually unwind at home after work. During the weekend, I catch up with friends and make an effort to try new restaurants in the Valley. I’m big on the food scene we’ve got here – it’s grown so much over the years – just like the dance community Relentless Beats has built!

I was born… in Nogales (NOGI!), Arizona.

My favorite thing about Arizona… the weather and distance to other cities. We’ve got fantastic weather all year – the cold months aren’t horrible, and the hot months, well, you get used to them and figure out how to keep cool. We’re also close to so many places – Mexico, California, Vegas, Denver, Albuquerque.

I’m listening to… Daddy by Tokischa ft. Sexxy Red – that’s my go-to right now. I listen to a lot of everything, though. One day, I can be listening to Reggeaton; the next, I’ll be listening to house or hip-hop. Sprinkle in some Dembow and Pop music. I think that’s one of the best parts about this job, working with a group of individuals with a shared love for not just dance music but all music. Also, let’s be real: sharing music is a love language, and we’re good at it. Our team does a great job keeping up with hot and new artists and keeping our events trending throughout the year.

My family… is amazing. I’m so thankful for everything my parents have done for me—from their guidance and support to their unconditional love. My sister, my tias and tios, my cousins—our village is special—they’ve all supported me in one way or another.

If I could have dinner with anyone, it would be… Anthony Bourdain or Ruth Bader Ginsburg – can I flip a coin?

One thing I cannot live without… is the culinary experience of great food and good company.

When I was younger, I wanted to be… a teacher. Although far from education, I like to think people who work alongside me can learn from me and I from them.

I’m inspired by… a lot – my family, friends and peers, traveling, cultures, history, women’s sports, nice humans, meaningful conversations.

The person/people who motivate(s) me are… my family, friends, peers, and myself. They’re all amazing and supportive and motivate me to be the best version of myself. They also remind me that it’s okay not to be okay, to ask for help when I need it, to enjoy small moments, to remember the important things in life, and to have fun while doing what I love.

If I could change anything in the world, it would be… access to education for anyone interested in it, not just those who can afford it or live in urban areas.

The perfect day would be… being outside in great weather, enjoying delicious food and drinks with friends and family, listening and dancing to music, creating new memories and reminiscing.

My first job was… a receptionist at a law firm – if those filing cabinets could speak!

My favorite escape… is a beach vacation with good company, delicious food and tequila!

My life… is full of incredible, inspiring, caring, fun, beautiful people.

I’m currently working on… brand ideas for genres outside of dance music – exciting!!!!

Always… stand up for yourself! You’ll always be your biggest advocate.

Never… give up on yourself.

Favorite Quote… “If you don’t ask, the answer is always no.” ― Nora Roberts

Biggest Dream… leaving something good behind – something someone can learn from, be inspired by, and live a better life from.

My Pet Peeve(s)… is LOSING THINGS!!! It’s THE WORST.
