The first cannabis-friendly hotel of its kind is coming to Phoenix by way of the Clarendon Hotel & Spa.
Starting July 25, guests at the four-star boutique hotel in Downtown Phoenix will have the chance to book a limited number of rooms where they can partake in edibles, flower and vape that are all sourced from a local dispensary. The cannabis-designated rooms will be located on the west side of the property and will be each equipped with a “scrubber” that frequently recirculates the air. There will even be a special car service available should guests need to take a trip to the dispensary for a refill.
The Clarendon will also host its first indoor “Elevated Under the Stars Infused Dinner” on July 26 that’s headlined by chef Derek Upton, who is known as the “Arizona Cannabis Chef,” and Hell’s Kitchen celebrity guest chef Drew Tingley. The curated 6-course meal—which will take place at a private location that’s disclosed with each $150 ticket purchase—will give guests the opportunity to elevate their senses while granting the option to infuse their own delicacies.
