Afterwards, guests will journey out onto a private guided fishing tour through the river’s headwaters, known for producing record-class wild brook trout, rainbows, cutbows, German browns and cutthroat trout. Fly fishing enthusiasts will be glad to know that Brazos River Lodge is one of the few fishing streams on private land and controlled by private ownership.
