The luxury hospitality brand Pendry is opening a new property at the entrance to Park City. The ski-in, lift-out Pendry Park City resort and residences is scheduled to open winter 2021 with 150 guest rooms, suites and residences ranging in size from 446 square feet studios to 2,600 square feet four-bedroom penthouses with views of Canyons Village and Park City Mountain.
Located at the base of Park City Mountain in the heart of Canyons Village, the hotel and residential project will boast a year-round rooftop pool and bar for warm post-ski dips and amazing views. Along with sky-high swims, guests and residences will have access to four unique lounge, restaurant and bar experiences; an inspired Japanese-American restaurant with mountain fare, steaks and chops along with sushi and ramen; a rec room with arcade games and American eats; Spa Pendry; a fitness center; Pinwheel Kids Club; more than 7,000 square feet of indoor meeting space; and access to 7,300 acres of skiable terrain.
The residential sales program has already commenced and construction is scheduled to begin early summer 2019. Prices range from $425,000 to more than $3 million.
