Set on a cliff overlooking the Pacific Ocean, the award-winning Post Ranch Inn is an upscale, ranch-style boutique hotel located in Big Sur, Calif.
Available as an add-on to any reservation of two nights or more, the program features partner Dr. Michael Breus, Ph.D., DABSM, aka the “Sleep Doctor™”, who is among the country’s most renowned sleep experts.

Access to “Sleep Sessions with Dr. Michael Breus” a special video series, created exclusively for Post Ranch guests. It’s a seven-part on-demand series that provides knowledge and tools to incorporate into your routine to improve sleep.
Dinner at Sierra Mar featuring Chef Reylon Agustin’s Sleep Serenity Menu. The cuisine comes from hand-selected ingredients that aid in relaxation and a fuller, deeper sleep. Chef Reylon noted, “This menu was crafted as a holistic approach to begin your journey towards a restful sleep, incorporating ingredients that promote the body’s production of melatonin and serotonin.”
A spa sleep menu including two 60-minute Sleep Spa treatments of your choosing. Spa treatments can be done individually or as a couple. The program offers two treatment categories, “Healing Guided Journeys” with choices like sound journeys and mindful meditation, and “Interactive Wellness Experiences” featuring nature walks, aromatherapy and creative dream journaling.
