Fountain Hills favorite CopperWynd Resort has some big plans in its future.
Thanks to the Fountain Hills Town Concil’s support, the resort will be renovating and expanding to the tune of $100 million.

The first order of business with the resort’s expansion will include adding a 270 new rooms. Phase I will see the existing hotel rooms replaced by a guest wing with 128 rooms.
Phase I will also bring to the resort a 10,000 square-foot banquet and conference facility.
The second phase of these renos will bring to the resort an entirely new five-story structure, as well as 60 more brand new guestrooms. Phase II will also see renovations of the pool area with a new poolside lounge as well as a restaurant.
And finally, Phase III will finalize the last 122 guestrooms, and now the resort will boast 300 rooms for travelers to enjoy. During this phase, the parking garage will be constructed that will be complete, as well as rootop tennis courts.
