AC Hotel Phoenix Biltmore will officially open its doors on October 3. As part of the design-led lifestyle hotel brand AC Hotels by Marriott, the new 160-room property is the area’s first in years. Located in trendy Camelback Corridor, the new hotel will usher in a trendy new option for those looking to stay in the Biltmore area.
Founded in 1998 as a vision of Spanish hotelier Antonio Catalan, AC Hotels by Marriott was created with the belief that each aspect of the hotel experience should have a thoughtful response to “why?” AC Hotels edits away the unnecessary, allowing guests to focus on what’s important to them. AC Hotel Phoenix Biltmore will cater to those who are constantly on the go through its sleek European-inspired aesthetic, innovative beverage and food programming and intuitive service.
Some features of the new property include the AC Lounge, an ideal co-working space by day and social hub by night. Pull up a seat and enjoy crafted cocktails and shared tapas or curl up in the outdoor space with fire pits and twinkle lights. The AC Kitchen offers guests a popular European style breakfast spread with the brand’s signature French croissants, artisan-cured meats and more. And for those looking to work or simply relax, the AC Library is home to a selection of titles and complimentary computers and printers, available 24-7.
The hotel also offers 5,000 square feet of meeting and event space, a thoughtful amenity that will cater to the many surrounding businesses. With four meeting spaces, including a board room, AC Hotel Phoenix Biltmore is able to accommodate up to 150 people.
