Southern Arizona’s Ritz-Carlton, Dove Mountain resort is celebrating Global Wellness Day this Saturday, June 11, with a variety of complimentary spa, fitness and wellness activities for both resort guests and the public alike.
With the philosophy that “one day can change your whole life,” Global Wellness Day is an international celebration dedicated to living well by taking small daily steps toward a healthier lifestyle.
The following wellness activities will be offered:

9 a.m. Guided Meditation at the Movement Studio (45 minutes)
9 – 9:30 a.m. Wellness Shot – Energy Shots in Hotel Lobby
11am – 2 p.m. Eminence Organic Skin Care Consultation in Spa Lobby
12 – 12:30 p.m. Wellness Shot – Vitality Shots in Hotel Lobby
2 – 3 p.m. Kneipp Naturopathic Remedy Bar in Spa Lobby
5 – 5:30 p.m. Wellness Shot – Relaxation Shots in Hotel Lobby
All Day: Vitajuwel Gemwater Stations throughout Spa and Fitness Center
In addition, guests are also invited to enjoy an Earth Strands Jewelry local artisan retail display and Gemstone Jewelry healing benefits presentation by the Dove Mountain Outfitters, scheduled from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. on Global Wellness Day. The resort’s Ignite lobby restaurant and lounge will also present a special Wellness Lunch menu option between noon and 2:00 p.m. on June 11.
Furthermore, The Ritz-Carlton Spa, Dove Mountain will provide a 25 percent savings on a future full-priced spa treatment to Global Wellness Day guests donating a non-perishable healthy dog food or treat item, dog snack or toy during the day’s celebration.
