Tucson travelers can indulge while doing good at JW Marriott Starr Pass Resort & Spa this month. In honor of Breast Cancer Awareness Month, the resort is offering guests and locals alike to make a difference in three different ways.
A portion of the proceeds from the resort’s promos will benefit the Tucson Medical Center’s (TMC) Breast Health and Education Programs. The program, established in 1998, provides free screening mammograms and follow-up to uninsured women from Southern Arizona who have no other ways of receiving one.
Monday Golf at Starr Pass Golf Club
Every Monday throughout the month of October, Starr Pass Golf Club will donate $5 to TMC for every paid round of golf.
New Oncology Massage at Hashani Spa
As the spa’s first Oncology Massage, the treatment features a special technique that’s a modification of existing techniques that are applied to safely work with the complications of cancer and cancer treatments. Available to those in active treatment, recovery, survivorship and end of life, the 100-minute treatment is specially priced at $250 during October (regularly priced at $360). For every Oncology Massage, Hashani Spa will donate $30 of the proceeds to TMC.
Drink Pink at Signature Grill

The pretty drink is a mix of Tito’s Vodka, Triple Sec, Sweet and Sour, prickly pear syrup and a splash of club soda and topped with a red sugar rim and a strawberry.
