Celebrate Global Wellness Day (June 9) at Four Seasons Resort Scottsdale at Troon North where you can enjoy complimentary health-focused activities from sun up to sun down. Hike Pinnacle Peak, dive into the latest beauty products, learn how to meditate and snack on healthy dishes.
First celebrated in 2012, Global Wellness Day was celebrated in 100 countries at 4,000 locations in 2017. The social project aims to answer the question we’ve all asked (and probably ignored), how can I live a healthier and better life?
The organizers of the movement believe the keys to that are:
- To recognize the value of our lives
- To pause and think, even if for just one day of the year
- To be free from the stress of everyday city life and bad habits
- To make peace with ourselves
- To raise awareness about living well
Achieve all these things during Four Seasons’s Feed Your Soul Global Wellness Day.
