The Ritz-Carlton, Dove Mountain will host four days of July 4 weekend festivities this year, to be highlighted by the resort’s annual Red, White and Brew Barbecue and fireworks spectacular on July 3. Fireworks and holiday dining offerings will be open to the public as well as resort guests.
From 6:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. on Sunday, July 3, the Red, White and Brew Barbecue buffet will feature all-American outdoor menu favorites including grilled mahi, ribs and chicken — plus burger, nacho and salad bars, flavorful sides, fresh fruits, hand-made milk shakes and a bountiful dessert spread. Priced at $55 for adults and $20 for children under 12, exclusive of tax/gratuity, the barbecue will also feature music, lawn games and optional entry to the event’s local Craft Beer Garden, priced at $20 per adult.
For guests seeking a bird’s eye view of the evening’s fireworks show, the resort will also present a July 3 fireworks hike – a guided walk up to a peak from which the fireworks spectacular can be best enjoyed, and priced at $50 per person. Guests must arrive by 8:20 p.m. to attend this popular activity.
Additionally, The Ritz-Carlton, Dove Mountain is offering a special overnight package that extends the summer fun throughout July and August of this year. Priced from $199 per night, the Summer of Adventure package features deluxe accommodations and a $50 daily resort credit. Summer of Adventure is valid through September 8, 2016.
