With two years of great success under its belt, T. Cook‘s “Cellar Series” at Royal Palms Resort & Spa is back this season for its third year.
Here are the fab food and wine experiences you can expect from this year’s series.
“Cellar Series”
Through April 2018, this series will include a monthly event featuring T. Cook Executive Chef Todd Allison and his pairing of a custom, prix-fixe menu with a wine from France, Napa Valley, and Sonoma County.
Thursday, December 7 | Grgich Hills Estate Dinner
This three-course dinner as well as hand-passed hors d’oevres will be had at December’s dinner featuring Grgich Hills Estate of Napa Valley
Reception begins at 6 p.m., dinner begins at 6:30 p.m.
This event is priced at $140 ++ per person
Wednesday, January 17 | Caymus Vineyards Dinner
This four-course dinner as well as hand-passed hors d’oevres will be had at January’s dinner featuring Caymus Vineyards of Napa Valley.
Reception begins at 6 p.m., dinner begins at 6:30 p.m.

Thursday, February 8 | SIMI Winery Dinner
This four-course dinner as well as hand-passed hors d’oevres will be had at February’s dinner featuring SIMI Winery of Sonoma County.
