AZuL’s feast will serve traditional Thanksgiving foods, but will also add some spice with Tucson-inspired dishes. The multiple courses at this Thanksgiving meal will start with a variety of salads, artisan breads, and cheese and fruits from all over the world. Next the buffet will take guests to the carving station featuring the following dishes:
- Brown sugar-glazed pork loin with whole grain mustard
- Sage-brushed turkey with giblet sauce
- Cranberry-orange relish
- Slow roast prime rib with creamy horseradish
- Lemon fennel poached shrimp
- Smoked salmon
- Oyster shooters
If your mouth isn’t watering yet, wait for the side dishes. From candied yams with raisins and bruleed marshmallows, to butternut squash ravioli with a sweet sage brown butter, to two different types of gourmet stuffing, this Thanksgiving buffet is guaranteed to not disappoint.
And then comes dessert. Paying homage to the traditional pumpkin pie, but also bringing in non-traditional Thanksgiving desserts such as banana bread pudding and s’mores, AZuL will leave guests feeling beyond satiated with their dining experience.
