Or try the Thristy Camel, made with The Phoenician’s own Herradura Reposado Tequila, cucumber, jalapeño, mint, lemon juice, prickly pear syrup and egg white.
The food menu is just as enticing with regional-inspired bites like Desert Scented Hamachi, Confit Chicken Empanadas, Pressed Pork Torta and even cinnamon churros for a sweet finish.
