The romantic and secluded canyon retreat in the heart of California Wine Country, couples can create a living remembrance in the resort’s Sotero vineyard by selecting a vine, placing a personalized, wooden tag engraved with their last name(s) and wedding date on their very own branch. The newlyweds receive a corresponding tag around a bottle of wine from the vineyard – their first vintage – and a map of the vineyard marked with location of their vine, a living testament to their special day. As love endures at Calistoga Ranch, couples are invited to celebrate anniversaries with a vineyard picnic by their special spot.
Auberge du Soleil
Perfectly framed by spectacular panoramic views of renowned vineyards and the Mayacamas Mountains, Auberge Du Soleil is the most iconic wedding venue in Napa Valley. To signal the official start to the wedding weekend, the couple is presented with a bottle of champagne and personalized engraved champagne saber before enjoying a complimentary sabering lesson from the Auberge Du Soleil team the night before they say “I Do” (#saberthemoment). Showcasing the ultimate celebratory wine country experience, couples will enjoy a stunning outdoor ceremony on the Wedding Terrace followed by a Michelin Star dining experience and romantic reception. They may also choose to incorporate the sabering experience into their special day by sabering a bottle after their ceremony to officially kick-off the wedding reception. The bespoke saber is shipped to the couple’s home following the wedding with a personal note from the Auberge Du Soleil wedding team.
Solage, Auberge Resorts Collection
Framed by the soft ridges of the nearby mountains Solage provides a resort experience that is unforgettable and unique to Napa. Designed to bring couples calm in the days before saying “I do,” the new Better Together Wedding Ritual entices couples to blend their own signature love scent at the spa’s aromatherapy blending bar. Each essential oil has a numeric value and by using their wedding date, each couple will have their own custom aromatherapy blend as unique as their love. The couples continue to bond during a guided lesson on how to best to apply their custom blend to their partner during the Soul to Soul treatment.
