Each of the beach club’s new dining outlets represent one of the five elements of nature: air, water, fire, earth and aether. They include Brisas, a relaxed rooftop experience serving Mediterranean-influenced cuisine; Aqua, which specializes in Latin-influenced cocktails by day and an intimate dining experience by night; Fuego, a Tulum-inspired dining experience with an energetic, bohemian feel; Maykana’s signature restaurant, Gaia Seafood Restaurant, featuring a variety of fresh, local seafood from Mexico and all over the world; and Cielo Rooftop Bar, an adults-only, upbeat lounge.
In the main resort area, guests can also enjoy La Laguna, Fairmont Mayakoba’s newest venue for Mexican cuisine featuring a mix of authentic recipes and craft cocktails or Bassano, the resort’s new stylish Italian eatery offering a standout menu of homemade pizzas, signature bucatini cacio e pepe and exquisite wines.
The resort also announced that even more exciting renovations are to come, which include a transformed Fairmont Spa and botanical garden, beauty salon, fitness center with state-of-the-art equipment, a new juice bar and lounge room and revived meeting and convention spaces.
