A modern desert resort, ADERO Scottsdale Resort, an Autograph Collection, is welcoming a new executive chef who will elevate the menus of ADERO’s two signature restaurants.
New executive chef Chris Kight will be updating the menu and showcasing his culinary vision at ADERO’S CIELO and SkyTop restaurants, which are both continuously awarded “Diners’ Choice—Best Scenic View in Phoenix and Arizona” by OpenTable.
Chef Kight has 30 years of executive chef experience and operations. Knight has worked at numerous restaurants and managed hundreds of millions of dollars in revenues while training staff and maintaining quality control. At ADERO, Chef Kight will not only be in charge of updating the menus, but also overseeing in-room dining, meetings and events.

Keeping CIELO’s farm-to-table-to-sky philosophy in mind, Chef Kight will use fresh and regionally-sourced ingredients to create decadent dishes, like a 24-hour braised short rib that features sautéed mushrooms and a caramelized onion demi paired with Yukon gold mashed potatoes.
