The highly-anticipated Caesars Republic Hotel in Scottsdale just poured its last remaining top floor with a new opening date slated for February 2024.
Located on the corner of North Goldwater and East Highland Avenue adjacent to the premier retail shopping destination Scottsdale Fashion Square, Caesars Republic will be the first non-gaming hotel by Caesars Entertainment Las Vegas.
With interior design work now underway, the 11-story lifestyle hotel will feature 265 rooms, ranging from standard accommodations to suites of the finest luxury. Standard rooms offer maximum comfort with high ceilings, dedicated workspaces and stunning mountain views, while the 28 luxury suites feature additional amenities that include wellness-dedicated suites that feature Peloton stationary bikes. On the top floor, five 2,000-square-foot entertainment suites bring the ultimate luxury experience with outdoor terraces and butler kitchens. Brides can also book the dedicated bridal suite that comes complete with hair salon amenities and a private lounge.
As for dining, celebrity chef, author, philanthropist and TV personality Giada De Laurentiis will bring her extensive culinary background to Caesars Republic Scottsdale with the opening of a brand new concept: Luna by Giada, the hotel’s signature restaurant inspired by De Laurentiis’s Roman heritage and her passion for Italian cooking with vibrant, California influences, and Pronto by Giada, a casual café located on the first floor designed for quick and healthy meals for guests on the go.
SEVEN, a rooftop pool and lounge located on the 7th floor overlooks breathtaking view of Camelback Mountain. The premier rooftop experience will feature a full bar that offers specialty drinks made by award-winning mixologists and will also offer lively events throughout the year.
Additional amenities will include Cleopatra’s Pool, a second pool and bar on the hotel’s ground level that will be available for individual travelers and private events; and Camelback Veranda, a 3,000-square-foot exterior terrace situated above SEVEN that offers stunning sunset views over Camelback Mountain and is poised to be the perfect space to host private receptions, wedding ceremonies and wellness events.
