Here is a list of exciting hotels opening next year that will offer one-of-a-kind stays across the globe, bringing travelers hungry for fresh experiences and brand-new hotel scenes just in time for the new year. 

Todos Santos Boutique Hotel — Todos Santos, Mexico

Set within the charming town of Todos Santos known for its magical beaches and strong surf, the new Todos Santos Boutique Hotel is surrounded by cobblestone streets, art galleries, cafés and more, giving guests a taste of the area’s rich history and community. The building dates back to 1890 and new ownership has renovated the property to preserve its authenticity while also enhancing the boutique hotel experience. With just ten rooms, Todos Santos Boutique Hotel will offer an intimate stay featuring a pool for soaking up the sun, a dedicated concierge team and a new restaurant and menu. Todos Santos Boutique Hotel opens in winter of 2024 with stays starting at $1,343 per night.

Silvestre Nosara — Nosara, Costa Rica

Opening in January 2024, Silvestre Nosara is set to elevate the traveler’s experience in Nosara, Costa Rica with spacious accommodations, nine residences and a host of luxury amenities, including a tropical rooftop lounge where guests can enjoy cocktails and local coffee, a studio space and wellness services and complimentary transportation to and from the airport. Silvestre Nosara will also provide guests with custom-designed performance surfboards during their stay, so they can take advantage of the hotel’s prime location along Playa Guiones, one of the most popular surfing destinations. Stays start from $1,700 per night.

Santo Mine — Santorini, Greece

Famous for its stunning beaches, white facades and ocean views, Santorini, Greece is gaining a new boutique hotel that will provide travelers with a brand-new escape in the island’s popular town, Oia. Opening in Spring 2024, the Santo Mine will feature 37 suites that each come with a private pool or jacuzzi overlooking the beautiful Ammoudi Bay. 

Casa Neos — Miami, Florida

Casa Neos

Located along the Miami river, Miami’s new Casa Neos is set to bring city travelers a day-and-night attraction complete with a boutique hotel, members-only beach club, signature restaurant, rooftop bar and views of the sparkling skyline. The hotel and accompanying venues will open in Spring 2024. 

Kotiyagala Luxury Villas — Yala, Sri Lanka

In March 2024, Kotiyagala Luxury Villas is set to open in Sri Lanka’s Yala region as an environmentally conscious hotel incorporating natural elements and design that connect guests to the surrounding environment. The seven-acre property boasts luxurious accommodations and private villas with private swimming pools that blend in with the jungle landscape, as well as architecture that allows the abundance of native plants and wildlife to thrive without invasion. 

Hotel Willa — Taos, New Mexico

With snowy slopes and a small-town charm, Taos, New Mexico is a premier ski destination without the crowds of popular mountain resort cities like Aspen. In 2024, Taos’ first high-end boutique hotel will open, bringing winter tourists an elevated yet intimate stay featuring 51 accommodations, an indoor-outdoor restaurant and bar and a pueblo-inspired design that stays true to its surroundings. 

Mollie Aspen — Aspen, Colo.

MOLLIE Aspen

The newly-opened MOLLIE Aspen is a 68-room boutique hotel with a rooftop pool and terrace, located across from Paepcke Park in the heart of Aspen. Designed by award-winning studio Post Company, MOLLIE’s interiors are a blend of understated luxury and residential comfort, utilizing native materials from Aspen and the region, accentuated with natural woods, earthen ceramics and hand-dyed textiles. The hotel’s food and beverage programs are spearheaded by Gin & Luck, the group behind the Death & Co. brand, and consists of a lobby bar and restaurant with year-round outdoor seating, a laid-back all-day café, and a rooftop spa and terrace transforms into an intimate lounge by night, with unobstructed views of Aspen Mountain.
