The former Chaparral Suites Scottsdale has officially reopened as the Embassy Suites by Hilton Scottsdale Resort.
Located in the heart of downtown Scottsdale, the 15-acre resort has unveiled 312 fully remodeled guest suites and 60,000-square-foot meeting and event space. Updated features includes soundproof doors and windows, the latest audio-visual equipment, and a 2,000-square-foot fitness center with renovated Agave and Cholla pools with whirlpool.
“We went all out to make a huge impact on visitors from around the U.S. as well as residents in the Scottsdale area,” said Mark Snyder, president, Snyder Nationwide Real Estate, Inc. and owner of the Embassy Suites by Hilton Scottsdale Resort. “We renovated every guestroom suite, the exterior, the lobby, the pools, and the grounds. Everything is upgraded to create an authentic Scottsdale experience so that guests and convention-goers can relax and enjoy themselves while being within minutes of downtown Scottsdale.”
Executive Chef John du Toit also refreshed the menu at the hotel’s Granada Bar and Grill with Southwestern-inspired dishes such as beef tenderloin bruschetta with arugula and Maytag blue cheese, a charcuterie slat with local Arizona honey comb and balsamic caviar, and a roasted vegetable flowerless tart.
The Embassy Suites by Hilton Scottsdale Resort is located at 5001 N. Scottsdale Road, Scottsdale, Arizona 85250.
