Don’t bother with holiday meal prep and the inevitable cleanup this Thanksgiving. Sanctuary on Camelback Mountain invites families to enjoy a relaxing, hassle-free four-course Thanksgiving feast at either the acclaimed elements restaurant or for a holiday buffet in The Views Ballroom.
Indulge in gourmet delights by Sanctuary Executive Chef Beau MacMillan while overlooking the gorgeous scenery of Paradise Valley and Camelback Mountain from noon to 9 p.m. at elements or 11 a.m. to 4 p.m. in The Views Ballroom on Thanksgiving Day, Nov. 24.
Elements’ Thanksgiving menu will begin with small plates and salads, including roasted parsnip and pecan bisque with maple glazed pancetta and chipotle ginger crema; pumpkin risotto with aged manchego, pepitas, crispy sage and pumpkin seed oil; foie gras mason jar with brioche toast, cherry jam, pistachio crunch and sea salt; and spinach, bacon and pine nut salad with cheddar, figs, and pomegranate mustard vinaigrette. Guests can enjoy festive entrees like braised short rib ravioli, bacon-wrapped filet of beef, and a traditional turkey dinner before satisfying the sweet tooth with pumpkin cheesecake, cranberry gingerbread upside-down cake and turtle trifle. The buffet celebration in The Views Ballroom will be similarly inspired, including a variety of seasonal favorites and carving stations.
Dinner in elements is $85 per person and $25 for children ages 6-12 years. The buffet is $75 per person and $25 for children ages 6-12 years. Children ages 5 and under dine compliments of Sanctuary. Prices exclude beverages, tax and gratuity. Reservations can be made by calling 866-411-7155.
