Get into the holiday spirit and join Santa for breakfast at The Scottsdale Resort at McCormick Ranch.
On Saturday, Dec. 15 from 9 a.m. to noon The Scottsdale Resort will host Breakfast with Santa at its Kitchen West restaurant, where kids can share their holiday wish-lists with Kris Kringle himself while the whole family enjoys a holiday-themed meal.
Mains on the menu include a classic make-your-own omelet; southwestern-inspired cowboy eggs benedict with braised short rib, eggs and caramelized onions stacked high on a jumbo English muffin glazed with hollandaise sauce and garnished with red bliss potatoes; or a sweet banana nut bread Belgian waffle dressed with caramelized bananas and rich Devonshire cream.
Those that are more health-conscious can enjoy a quinoa power bowl packed with savory poached farm eggs, quinoa, lentils, chives and tomatoes, all topped off with parmesan and fresh herbs.
Kids can choose from fluffy scrambled eggs with Applewood smoked bacon and red bliss potatoes; chocolate chip pancakes with maple syrup and whipped cream; or artisan grilled cheese with red bliss potatoes.
A basket of mini muffins, croissants and bear claws with seasonal fresh fruit will be served at each table, along with organic coffee, orange juice, apple juice and hot chocolate.
To dine, adults are $34 each, while children 5 to 12 years old are $17 each, and children under 5 years old are complimentary.
