From 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. on Sunday, Dec. 25, the restaurant will offer a diverse selection of locally-inspired holiday dishes, like monkey bread french toast with marinated berries and goat cheese caramel; a smoked salmon tower with lemon cream cheese; Arizona-sourced tomatoes, shaved onion, watercress, and bagel chips; a prime rib roast with horseradish potato puree, béarnaise and charred broccolini; and a fig & orange glazed ham with roasted baby carrots, smashed fingerlings and kumquat jam.
