The AAA Four Diamond resort is offering a special 3-course Valentine’s Day dinner menu at its famed Kitchen West restaurant that’s known for its seasonally-driven cuisine and scenic views overlooking the expansive golf course.
For starters, choose between a savory Golden Tomato Bisque in a rich Tarragon Crème or creamy Burrata and Blistered Cherry Tomato Brûlée with Fennel, Garlic and Lemon and Herb Croutons.
Mouthwatering mains include Charred Lamb Chops in a Black Garlic Potato Purée with Mint Chimichurri, Pan Seared Black Cod with Roasted Truffle Beets in a Chive Horseradish Emulsion, or Flame-Kissed Beef Tenderloin with Peppercorn, Peas and Tendrils.
Finish the meal on a sweet note with either French Vanilla CrèmeBrûlée with Fresh Strawberries in a rich Rebecca sauce, or an indulgent Double Chocolate Ganache Heart with Double Strawberry Ice Cream and CocoButter Cupid Arrow.
At $59 per person, or $79 per person with complementary wine pairings, Valentine’s Day Dinner will be served Friday, Feb. 9 and Saturday, Feb. 10; on Valentine’s Day, Feb. 14; and Friday, Feb. 16 and Saturday, Feb. 17.
