With the safety and wellbeing of guests and staff top of mind, Hyatt has announced a Global Care & Cleanliness Commitment that includes Global Biorisk Advisory Council accreditation, hotel-level sanitization specialists, and a working group of trusted medical and industry advisors.
This includes staff certification and training for hygiene and cleanliness, hospital-grade disinfectants on all surfaces, prominently placed hand sanitizer stations throughout the hotel, protective masks, and social distancing guidance in public areas.
