Solmar Hotels & Resorts unveils new offerings now that travel to Los Cabos has safely resumed. The brand is considered the pioneer of tourism in Los Cabos as the company’s founder was responsible for bringing electricity, connectivity and infrastructures to the once small fishing village in the 70s.
Solmar now has close to 1,000 rooms across its collection of seven all-suite resorts in Cabo’s most desirable beach locations, along with the new Rancho San Lucas resort community. The Solmar Group is unveiling new safety updates, private experiences, travel deals, and real estate offerings.
Solmar Standards in Safety & Care
The brand has implemented “Solmar Standards in Safety & Care” to ensure the highest levels of prevention control across all resorts. New state of the art technology has been unveiled so that guests can check-in and out electronically and use their mobile devices to unlock and enter their guestrooms.
Additional health and safety highlights include electronic menu scanning, temperature measuring stations for guests and employees, luggage and shoe sanitation services, a new restaurant and pool furniture floor plans, and enhanced room service and take away options.
Doctors are also available on-site 24/7 and an isolation room plan has been created in case it’s needed. All hotels within the Solmar collection have also obtained the “Safe Travels” stamp from the World Travel & Tourism Council.
New Private Experiences
Grand Solmar Land’s End is set along the golden sand beaches of Playa Solmar at the southernmost tip of the Baja California peninsula. Guests enjoy unobstructed ocean views from everywhere on-site and ultimate privacy in a cove-like setting.
The resort is offering a private full moon dinner with a five-course meal and stargazing experience on the sand overlooking the Pacific Ocean. Other new private activities include cooking classes, mixology lessons, tequila tasting, winemaking, and tortilla and mezcal classes.

The new Greg Norman Signature course at Rancho San Lucas has been lauded one of the top openings of the year and one of the best courses in Cabo.
