These New Restaurants Just Opened at Phoenix Sky Harbor Airport

Bobby’s Burgers by celebrity chef Bobby Flay is now open at Phoenix Sky Harbor Terminal 4

Phoenix Sky Harbor now offers even more food and beverage options for flyers. Five new restaurants opened in August at the airport’s eighth concourse, which is occupied by Southwest Airlines in Terminal 4, offering travelers a mix of local and well-known concepts to enjoy between their flights.

The recently-opened restaurants are found in the terminal’s new The Crystals @ Sky Harbor food hall located near Gates D1–D18, where flyers can choose from a variety of food and beverage items ranging from sandwiches, bowls, burgers and specialty drinks, while enjoying views of Camelback Mountain.

Locally sourced and owned Sip Coffee and Beer was the first restaurant to open in the concourse, serving breakfast, hot pressed sandwiches, soups and salads, shareables like nachos, pretzels and mac and cheese, as well as coffee and espressos, smoothies and tea. Flyers can also enjoy a large cocktail menu, along with wine and local and craft beer on tap.

Favorite local brewery Pedal Haus is also now available at Sky Harbor with the opening of its fourth Valley location inside Terminal 4. The brewery serves beer, wine and cocktails, including their award-winning Day Drinker light lager and Biere Blanch Belgian witbier, as well as food options, including rustic pizzas, the favorite Bavarian pretzel and “cauliflower wings.” Morning flyers can also choose from breakfast options, including a breakfast burrito and avocado toast.

Bobby’s Burgers, the first metro Phoenix restaurant by celebrity chef Bobby Flay, is also now open for Sky Harbor travelers to enjoy. The highly-anticipated restaurant offers a classic American menu featuring a variety of signature burgers, including the potato chip-stuffed Crunchburger and the Nacho Burger featuring queso, blue corn tortilla chips, pickled jalapeños and tomato-chipotle salsa, along with a full breakfast menu, shakes, sandwiches and sides.

Eegee’s, with locations in Tucson, metro Phoenix and Casa Grande, is also among the restaurants to join the mix at The Crystals food hall. Flyers can now enjoy the Arizona chain’s famous and refreshing frozen fruit drinks available in multiple flavors, including lemon, strawberry and piña colada, as well as its iconic grinders and subs. Chicken tenders, salads, sides and breakfast items are also on the menu.

Both healthy and delicious, Berry Divine brings a wide menu featuring seven varieties of its 100% organic frozen acai bowls and organic juices to Sky Harbor airport. All bowls are topped with fresh fruit, granola, honey, and other healthy ingredients.
