Mountain Shadows 

Mountain Shadows offers a romantic evening at Hearth ‘61. Chef de Cuisine Yulissa Acosta has designed a special menu featuring citrus-cured beets, arugula, and avocado salad, and a choice of roasted chilean seabass or beef wellington with strawberry dacquoise for dessert. The dinner costs $98 per person, and all champagne bottles are 25 percent off. 

Royal Palms Resort & Spa

T. Cook’s features a four-course menu with an exquisite food selection, including Spanish octopus, red snapper, and short rib mafaldine for $190 per person. Couples can also enjoy the Royal Romance Package, which includes daily breakfast, a $100 dinner credit at T. Cook’s, a rose petal turndown, and a welcome amenity.

LON’s is offering special Valentine’s experiences on February 14 and 15. Enjoy a romantic four-course prix fixe dinner for $150 per person, with wine pairings available for an additional $75. Live entertainment and cozy fireplaces enhance the atmosphere. For a more casual celebration, LON’s weekend brunch (7 a.m.-2 p.m.) offers a variety of dishes like blueberry coffee cake and wagyu smash burger. Valentine’s cocktails include “Roses are Red” and “Better Half.”
