Get ready for the inaugural Holiday SnowFest, a thrilling winter wonderland coming to Salt River Fields, presented by Valley Toyota Dealers and produced by R Entertainment. Despite being in the heart of the desert, attendees will experience a true “snow day” with all the classic winter activities one would expect from a chilly destination, from tobogganing to snowball fights, right here in Scottsdale.

The entrance at SnowFest features a tunnel adorned with over 100,000 white lights, leading to a towering 25-foot snowman made entirely of lights – an iconic spot perfect for family holiday photos. Inside the village, guests will find a wide range of attractions and activities suitable for all ages, including:

Toboggan Hills: A 20-foot hill illuminated with 50,000 lights, plus a mini hill designed for younger children under four feet tall. (P.S. This is the only real snow inner tube toboggan run in Arizona!)

Snowman Building Stations: Create your own frosty friend with real snow!

Snowball Throwing Contest: Test your aim in a fun and festive snowball fight.

Santa’s House: Meet and greet Santa in his cozy North Pole-style cabin.

Snow Cabin: A light show every 30 minutes with 20,000 lights and real snow falling from the ceiling.

Igloo Bar: Festive cocktails for grownups or hot cocoa for the little ones.

Holiday Vendor Village: Shop for unique gifts and treats from local vendors.

A 30-foot Christmas Tree: A dazzling centerpiece of the event, adding extra holiday cheer to the atmosphere.

In addition to these activities, the festive fun continues with live DJ performances every Friday and Saturday at 8 p.m., creating a lively atmosphere perfect for those looking to extend the celebration into the night. The Holiday SnowFest event also features an abominable snowman, reindeer displays, a kid’s snow play area, a life-size snow globe, inflatable holiday-themed games like a ball toss – and plenty of photo opportunities!

Exclusive VIP Snow Domes are also available to rent. They come with bottle and food service, plus a private s’mores station. Holiday SnowFest opens on November 27 and will run until January 2. The event will be open from 12 p.m. to 9 p.m. on Wednesdays, Thursdays, and Sundays and extended until 11 p.m. on Fridays and Saturdays.

Ticket options include general admission starting at $25 for adults and $15 for kids 12 and under. Children 12 and under are free on Wednesdays. On Fridays and Saturdays from 8 p.m. to 11 p.m., general admission tickets are half off. VIP Tickets start at $60; igloos are $500 for a full-day rental for up to six people.

Holiday SnowFest is the perfect way to celebrate the season with family and friends, whether you’re looking to relive your favorite snow day memories or make new ones under the Arizona sky. For more information, visit holidaysnowfest.com.
