Ling & Louie’s Asian Bar and Grill and Greenwood Brewery are joining forces for an epic night of bold brews and flavors in celebration of Women’s History Month on March 25. The dinner will feature six killer courses provided by Ling & Louie’s, a restaurant known for its high-energy vibe and modern Asian-American fusion, expertly paired with craft brews from Greenwood.
Founded by Megan Greenwood in 2017, this is one of the only woman-owned breweries in Arizona with a trailblazing track record of delicious drinks.
“Greenwood is so excited to pair our beers with Ling and Louie’s delicious cuisine,” Greenwood said. “The event will be so fun and unique. We’ve curated a one-of-a-kind experience for our guests during our favorite month of the year.”
Throughout the night, guests will experience a variety of dishes including Korean-style brats, Louie’s sliders, homemade pretzels, duck lettuce wraps and more. Featured beers will include the Warrior Hazy IPA, Luna Amber Ale, Herstory West Coast IPA, Purpose Pilsner, Emra Light Hazy IPA and INBLOOM Blueberry Wheat.
“We’re thrilled to partner with Greenwood for what promises to be an unforgettable evening. Megan has been a trailblazer for women in brewing and entrepreneurship, and we’re honored to celebrate her achievements and exceptional craft beers,” Ling and Louie’s Owner John Banquil said.
There will be two other Women’s History Month events with Gratefulist Vodka and Textbook Vineyards – one on March 10 and one on March 14. Tickets for the Greenwood event are $65 per person. For more information, visit lingandlouies.com and greenwoodbrews.com.
