The expansive 7,700 sq. ft. venue functions as a community hub and features a vibrant 80-seat dining room, indoor-outdoor bar and a 36-seat patio with a cozy fireplace and outdoor games. Chandler residents and founders Amber and Mike Kovarik prioritize uncompromising quality by crafting each dish with clean, organic ingredients and flavors that fuel both body and soul.

“Our vision is simple yet powerful; create a space that serves nourishing, delicious food in a warm and inviting environment. At George & Gather, we want to inspire the community to come together, make meaningful connections, and feel uplifted by the food and experiences we offer,” Kovarik said.

Breakfast fare includes english muffin breakfast sandwiches, breakfast burritos, avocado toast, and indulgent sweet options like carrot cake pancakes and blueberry lemon chia pudding. At 11 a.m., the menu transitions to full-service lunch with salads, sandwiches, entrees and seasonal soups. Dinner features shareables like bacon-wrapped dates, dry rub twice-baked chicken wings, and hearty entrees such as braised short ribs, Faroe Island salmon and a show-stopping artisanal pizza made with a 130-year-old sourdough starter.

George & Gather also offers a market with grab-and-go meals and locally sourced products. Adding to the unique experience, two private spaces are available for remote work, community events and exclusive chef pop-up dinners, alongside an event kitchen that allows the team to create tailored, bespoke experiences.

George & Gather is open Tuesday through Saturday from 7 a.m. to 10 p.m., and Sunday and Monday from 7 a.m. to 9 p.m. For more information, visit georgeandgather.com.
