A new Mediterranean kitchen concept is arriving in Chandler on April 29, led by Michelin-starred Chef Sujan Sarkar. Faava, the newest venture for Zest Hospitality Group, will be hosting a grand opening at 4 p.m. to mark the occasion, with free pita for a year for the first 100 guests. The event will feature a meet and greet with Sarkar and giveaways from area businesses.
“Faava is our love letter to Mediterranean and Middle Eastern cuisine,” Zest President Madhavi Reddy said. “It’s a concept rooted in tradition but created for the way people eat and connect today.”
Featuring bold flavors spanning the Western Asian coast to North Africa, Faava offers a fast-casual take on Mediterranean and Middle Eastern cuisine. Guests can expect fresh mezze, vibrant proteins, house made pita, and craveable dips served in a relaxed, modern setting with 60 seats, including an open patio.
“Faava is about making exceptional food accessible,” Sarkar said. “Whether you have ten minutes or an hour, we want every guest to leave feeling nourished and inspired.”
Designed for both dine-in and delivery, the menu will include a rotating selection of grab-and-go items. Faava will be open six days a week from 11 a.m. to 8 p.m. For more, visit faava.us.
