Brunch includes fresh fruit, yogurt, smoothies, omelet station, pancakes, eggnog French toast, pastries, bagels, scrambled eggs, eggs benedict, roasted potatoes, chicken apple and pork sausage, applewood smoked bacon, smoked salmon and sturgeon, bloody mary ceviche shooters, grilled flat iron steak, pan-seared salmon, cheeses and desserts. Fox Restaurant Concepts On New Year’s Eve, Bloom, The Greene House, NoRTH, and Olive & Ivy will feature a three-course, prix-fixe dinner menu for $55 per person from 5:30 p.m. to close or an early evening special of $45 per person from 4:00 to 5:30 p.m. Modern Steak will offer a three-course prix-fixe menu for $85 per person from 5:30 to close or an early seating special of $65 per person from 4 to 5:30 p.m. Blanco Tacos + Tequila will serve its full menu, with a special New Year’s Eve price of $40 per person after 5 p.m., which includes one starter, two entrees, one dessert and two House Margaritas; a D.J. will mix music from 7:30 to 10:30 p.m. www.foxrc.com.
Trader Vic’s The Scottsdale-based Hotel Valley Ho restaurant will ring in the new year right with a special menu that features Volcano shrimp, Chinese oven-roasted beef tenderloin and much more.
