Transport your taste buds far from the Valley of the Sun with a trip to Ambrogio15’s curated Wine Dinner Series from July to September. Experience Italy’s regions through carefully crafted authentic dishes from each locale, paired with the eatery’s finest wines, starting at $75 per person.

Upcoming dinners:

July 24: Aperitivo Dinner: An Italian happy hour featuring a buffet of finger foods, like fried wagyu meatballs, prosciutto Crudo Di San Daniele, panzerotti (fried pizza with zucchini cream), filet mignon carpaccio, truffle & parmigiano fries and focaccia, served with a signature Ambrogio Spritz.

August 7: Summer Truffle Dinner.

August 21: Roman Wine Dinner: A tribute to Chef Fabio’s hometown.

September 4: Unesco Heritage Wine Dinner.

Ambrogio15 is led by esteemed consultant and Michelin-star rated Chef Silvio Salmoiraghi and Executive Chef Fabio Pizzigoni, who hails from Milan. Marco Russo, owner of world-renowned Bar 1930, oversees the restaurant’s cocktail program. Together, they create an authentic atmosphere showcasing the evolution of Italian cuisine beyond the customary pizza and pasta.

Located in the heart of the Biltmore District, the Phoenix location is the sixth to open under the Ambrogio15 name. The restaurant group chose to open the eatery in the Valley after repeated requests from locals who flooded the coastline of San Diego (the first location) to experience the cuisine.

The Phoenix restaurant blends the best features of each location, including its sister restaurant Ambrogio by Acquerello, which was recently featured in the Michelin Guide. Residents can experience Michelin-approved tastes with the newly launched Exclusive Chef’s Table, which is offered daily for one party to reserve.

The restaurant also launched new lunch, happy hour, and dinner offerings to showcase the diverse flavors of Milan. These dishes include the radiatori Miami Vice pasta, Italian tonkatsu, homemade porchetta or the legendary Porterhouse “Fiorentina Style,” a Tuscan staple 30-day wet-aged colossal steak served with three delectable sauces.

Guests can end their meals on a sweet note with Chef Fabio’s signature tiramisu made with Lady Fingers, Vergnano espresso and mascarpone. Additionally, they offer a special business lunch, where diners can sample a taste of Italy with a choice of antipasto, pasta or wagyu burger accompanied by a cannoli or coffee for $39 per person.

“We are thrilled to bring an authentic slice of Milan to Phoenix,” Marketing and Development Director Fabio Bascon said. “Our goal is to offer a unique dining experience that captures the spirit of Milanese culture, from our meticulously curated menu to the exquisite, imported décor. We want our guests to feel like they’re on vacation with every visit.”
