Here’s more about each dining experience:
Pappy Van Winkle Tasting at The Vault

Guests will enjoy a private tasting of fine and rare selections from the prestigious Pappy Van Winkle brand, along with specialty canapes created by Bellagio’s masterful culinary team, during the special weekend opening event on Friday, October 13 at 6:30 p.m. The evening will take place at Bellagio’s new exclusive cocktail lounge, The Vault, and will be hosted by fourth generation Van Winkle family member Preston Van Winkle.
Celebrated Chef Anniversary Dinner
World-renowned chefs Jean-Georges Vongerichten, Michael Mina and Julian Serrano have collaborated to create an exclusive evening in celebration of the resort’s anniversary on Saturday, October 14 at 6 p.m. The chef dinner will be set at the resort’s famous Picasso restaurant and begin with vintage champagne and canapes followed by a four-course dinner with high-end wine pairings. Menu highlights include King Crab & Caviar, Dry-Aged Duck & Foie Gras, Japanese A5 Kobe Beef Tenderloin and F1 New York Strip, Mishima Reserve Wagyu Brisket and a Dessert Duo.
Wolfgang Puck Brunch
Wolfgang Puck’s culinary legacy in Las Vegas will reign supreme as his flagship restaurant, Spago, hosts a lakeside brunch to wrap up the weekend on Sunday, October 15 at 11 a.m. The brunch will feature daytime versions of Spago’s modern market-driven menu, giving guests the chance to enjoy Chef Puck’s cuisine while taking in the iconic dancing Bellagio Fountains.
