Sometimes, we crave a little something outside of the ordinary. Something a little over the top. That is where Bourbon & Bones Chophouse & Bar’s Epic Cristal Dinner comes in.
The custom dining adventure for 12 is priced at $35,000 and features one of only 25 limited edition bottle of the 2002 Vintage Cristal Jeroboam Champagne released in the United States. Each $25,000 bottle features a 24-karat gold lattice casing designed by artist Philippe di Méo and crafted by two master goldsmiths over four days. It consists of more than 22 feet of gold delicately joined at more than 500 points on the bottle. The wine is described as “precise, silky, and harmonious with a rich, powerful body that has a very pure balance and incredible aging potential, it is a taut and delicate wine.” It displays a combination of sweet flower, cocoa, finely roasted hazelnuts, and candied citrus fruit.
The Champagne will accompany a handcrafted six-course meal for guests, carefully selected in consultation with Bourbon & Bones’ Executive Chef Joshua James “J” Amonson, featuring a dozen 36-oz. dry-aged Wagyu Tomahawk ribeye steaks accompanied by a choice of hand-crafted cocktails.
