On Thursday, Phoenix’s NOCA will be hosting one of its out-of-this-world tastings, this time with Oregon’s Cattail Creek Spring Lamb. (Alice Waters’ famed Chez Panisse Restaurant also gets its lamb from Cattail Creek.) The five-course tasting is $75 per person (wine pairings are an additional $30).
