Ready for your mouths to water, beer lovers? Chandler’s BLD restaurant (from the folks who brought Chandler the amazing Cork Restaurant) is hosting a special four-course dinner later this week, Thursday, Jan. 19. BLD restaurant’s Executive Chef Ehren Litzenberger has created the All-American Pork & Pints dinner–four courses of pork-centric dishes using top-quality meat and farm-fresh ingredients. Each delectable course will be matched and served with pints of American-style craft beers (some of which are local) specially chosen to enhance and complement each course.
All-American Pork & Pints Dinner:
First Course:
Pulled Pork Slider- spiced napa cabbage and apple cider
Four Peaks HopKnot IPA
Second Course:
Grilled Thai-Style Pork Kabobs- sambal and soy topped with cilantro and sesame seeds
Napa Smith “Lost Dog” Red Ale
Third Course:
Apple Glazed Pork Loin- goat cheese risotto, bacon roasted brussels sprouts, crispy prosciutto
San Tan Devil’s Ale
Fourth Course:
Salted carmel ice cream with candied bacon
Breckenridge Brewery Vanilla Porter
