Easter, check. Mother’s Day, on the way. It’s time to think about where to celebrate Cinco de Mayo this week. One spot that is a must-check-out is Fox Restaurant Concepts’ Blanco Tacos + Tequila, located in Scottsdale and Tucson. On Thursday, May 5, the Scottsdale Road location at the Borgata will celebrate with an all-day happy hour, during which all all cheese crisps, starters (that include Blanco’s amazing guacamole; braised short rib and avocado short ribs cheese crisp; queso fundido and much more), house margaritas, well drinks and draft beers are all 50 percent off. To add to the festivities, mariachis will start playing at 5 p.m. and Hornitos promo girls will be around to dole out swag and commence Hornitos tequila tastings.
